Privacy Policy

Durak Tab Joy for ChatGPT is a card game you play against Noga, the table host, inside ChatGPT. It has no accounts, no purchases, no ads and no real-money play.

What we receive

• Game requests. When ChatGPT opens the game, our server receives the tool call with two optional settings: language (ru, he, en) and difficulty (easy, normal). It does not receive your name, email, chat history or files.
• Standard request logs. Our host (Cloudflare) processes the technical data every web request carries, such as IP address, time and browser type, to deliver the service and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify or profile you.

What stays with you

• Your score, match progress, settings and stats are kept in the game window's own state, held by ChatGPT for that conversation, or in your browser's local storage when you open the game page directly. We do not copy them to our servers. ChatGPT may show the game state to the assistant in that conversation so it can talk about your match.
• You can reset your stats at any time in the game (Stats → Reset stats) or by deleting the conversation or clearing your browser storage.

What we don't do

• No accounts or sign-in, no cookies for tracking, no analytics or advertising SDKs, no selling or sharing of personal data, no profiling.

ChatGPT and other services

Your conversation with ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy. The game also shows an optional link to our separate Telegram game; if you open it, Telegram's and that game's own policies apply.

Age

The game is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.
